          Tara Lee Olmstead was born in Yonkers,  New York and relocated to Florida in 1989. She currently resides in Tierra Verde Florida, with her husband Jack A. Olmstead, She has a nineteen-old  Ariel Nicole who is a freshman at the University of Alabama and a twenty-four-year-old son Cameron Louis who resides is Brooksville Florida. Tara's son Cameron is a lead inspector for Engineering Metrics. Tara graduated from the Bob Hogue School of Real Estate and owned and operated a multi-million dollar construction company with her former husband. After a down turn in the economy, Tara ventured into the commercial world of construction, successfully managing business development. She held the Chief Financial Officer position at two electrical companies, working parallel with some of the most prestigious general contractors in the Tampa Bay Area. She was also nominated for the highly-esteemed IEC National Safety Award.   Tara has always maintained leadership positions during her career, in both business and community service. Volunteering her time as president of All Children’s Hospital Guild, she helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for this organization through an event called the Cowboy Christmas Ball. She has participated in the Voices for Children Program, as a Guardian ad Litem, representing unfortunate children in the court system and was a supervisor for parents who were court ordered to have supervised visitation with their children. She currently holds a board position for Dress for Success and is involved with Dress for Success as a personal shopper, spokeswoman, orientation coordinator, and assists with their Going Places Network. She also facilitates a program at the Pace Center for Girls Hillsborough, where she was awarded the 2016 Outstanding Programming Partner Award.    She is very active in her children’s lives and is extremely proud of their extra-curricular activities. Cameron was the coach of a special needs basketball team, taking them all the way to regional competition. Ariel participated in the Cheer Express All Stars special needs team, where Tara’s nine-year-old granddaughter Ruby, who has Down syndrome, had the opportunity to be an athlete for the first time in her life. It is obvious that Tara has instilled her own passion for children and community service to her son and daughter.   After a tragic event in her own life and spending four days in a coma, Tara awakened with a new perspective on life, eager to fulfill her life’s purpose and passion: to help others. She founded her own company, Peak Potential, Inc., which offers Life Coaching, Executive Coaching, Addiction & Recovery Coaching, Neuro- Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Mentoring, and Motivational Speaking. She graduated from the Fowler International Academy of Coaching, where she earned her certification in Life Coaching, and Addiction & Recovery Coaching. She has completed Mindset Mastery Training with Niko Mercuris, noted life coach, entrepreneur and author. She earned her business & life etiquette certification from the etiquette school of Patricia   Rossi and her NLP Practitioner Certification from American Union of NLP.    Tara’s goal and passion is to help each individual discover their true passion in life, to reclaim their life, to coach, train, and guide them through their personal journey.
